Travel Lifestyle LLC is a travel agency that provides vacation planning services, including but not limited to cruises, all-inclusive resort packages, international and domestic travel, and group travel coordination. All services are arranged through third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, resorts, airlines, and tour operators.

2. Service Agreement

When you request travel planning services from Travel Lifestyle LLC:

 • You will receive up to 3 customized proposals per travel request.

 • Additional proposals will incur a nonrefundable fee of $25 per request.

 • Travel proposals must be confirmed within 30 days of delivery or the request will be canceled.

 • All bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until payment is processed by the supplier.

3. Pricing & Payments

 • All pricing provided includes Travel Lifestyle LLC’s planning and support services.

 • Prices are the same or similar to what you may find online and reflect published rates from the suppliers.

 • All invoices sent are for payment authorization purposes only.

 • All payments are processed directly by the supplier, not by Travel Lifestyle LLC.

 • By submitting a payment authorization, you consent to the supplier charging your selected payment method.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

 • All cancellations, refunds, or changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier (e.g., cruise line, resort, airline).

 • Travel Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for supplier penalties or cancellation fees.

 • If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred due to unforeseen cancellations or changes.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

 • It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have valid passports, visas, identification, and any vaccination or entry requirements for your destination.

 • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.

 • Travel Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions due to improper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

 • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips.

 • Travel Lifestyle LLC offers insurance quotes but is not liable for denied claims or insurance company decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travel Lifestyle LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

 • Acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers

 • Flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or travel interruptions

 • Health risks, injuries, accidents, or losses during travel

 • Supplier bankruptcy or business closure

• By booking through us, you agree to hold Travel Lifestyle LLC harmless from any and all claims arising from supplier-related issues or travel disruptions.

8. Use of Our Website

 • All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of VTravel Lifestyle LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 • You agree not to use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

9. Video & Photography

• during the trip Travel Lifestyle LLC and its representatives may capture photographs, videos, or other media content that may include your likeness or your voice. These images and recordings may be taken during activities, excursions event, events, or other trip related moments
• All photographs, videos and related media taken during the trip are the exclusive property of Travel Lifestyle LLC. The company retains for ownership rights to all content and reserves the right to use reproduce distribute publish or edit these materials at his discretion in any media format for promotional advertising social media website marketing or any other lawful purpose
• you understand and agree that you will not receive any financial or other form of compensation for the use of your image, likeness or voice in any of Travel Lifestyle LLC’s media or promotional materials
• by attending and participating in any of Travel Lifestyle LLC’s trips, you waive and release any claim to inspect or approve the final images or videos and forfeit any right to ownership, royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the media
• if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify Travel Lifestyle LLC and writing prior to the start of the trip. While every reasonable effort will be made to honor such request participation in Travel Lifestyle LLC’s trips settings may result in incidental inclusion in photographs or video
• Your participation in Travel Lifestyle LLC‘s trips constitutes your full understanding, acknowledgment and acceptance of these photography terms and conditions
