By submitting payment you agree to the following terms & conditions:

•  pricing & availability are subject to change without payment made to create the booking
• we will notify you prior to authorizing your payment if there is a difference in price from the time you approve your proposal to the time you authorize payment
• changes are not allowed after deposits are made 
• it is your responsibility to provide Vacation Life Traveling LLC your correct name, birthdate & all other information needed to create the reservation
• full payment must be made by final payment due date or your reservation will cancel
• final payment due date changes are allowed
• deposits and all payments are nonrefundable & nontransferable unless otherwise stated
• Vacation Life Traveling LLC has informed you that travel protection is the only way to prevent complete financial loss of your investment
• if you deny travel protection you forfeit all payments made
• the supplier may cancel or change your reservation at any time at their discretion
